We own an expanding portfolio of residential properties comprising of regulated tenancies, ground rents and Assured/Assured Shorthold tenancies covering London and the surrounding counties. Our proactive management approach has seen us undertake major improvements to market rented properties including a total refurbishment programme of two Victorian mansion blocks in Chiswick London W4 with positive results. Since the Company was founded in 1935 we have developed land into residential blocks many of which we still retain and rent on the open market.
